Ok, check it out this is awesome. Two identical NerdQaxe++ are connected to the same network, one via WiFi, the other one uses the NerdLAN Adapter + W5500 Module.

Leaving a fraction of the disk unformatted will do absolutely nothing for endurance. That’s just not how overprovisioning works. It happens on the internal storage controller level, and that controller has no idea what is formatted and what isn’t. Windows does know that, but it won’t use the unformatted part for wear leveling etc.

Pro-Tip, you can turn your crummy “consumer” SSD (mostly) into an enterprise drive by formatting it correctly.
You can easily get 10x endurance by giving up ~5% of space.

@maxkeiser If 10 million people would, hash-odds would change from 1 to 1.1 billion now to 1 to 1.11 billion. I don't think a lottery compares, as those numbers/odds are fixed opposed to (near?) infinite hashes. Your bitaxe could run for eons and not hit a block, or 1 second and do.
