You know, it’s actually fine to just… not comment on things you don’t know about! Remember how, in high school, a lot of us didn’t raise our hands when we didn’t know the answer to something, because we didn’t want to say something ridiculous? Maybe we bring that back?

Did you, a teen who probably knew little to nothing about gender or sexuality, know your entire graduating class well enough to magically discern who was uncomfortable with their assigned gender during a time when it was dangerous to express that sentiment? Give me a break.

Questions like these are so disingenuous. Trans people are less than 1% of the US population. If you had a sizable graduating class, this is like asking, “Did you know these four specific people, well enough to recognize they were struggling with gender & weren’t just queer?”
