The structure is engineered so Musk can’t be ousted: ~79% voting control with ~42% equity ~ “Anti-ouster clause”: can only be removed by Class B holders, which he controls ~ Texas incorporation, not Delaware ~ Mandatory arbitration limits shareholder lawsuits ~ Compensation tied to Mars colonization, not stock price 1999: ousted at PayPal. 2018: nearly removed at Tesla. 2023: $56B pay package voided in Delaware. 2024-25: testified in OpenAI trial about losing what he co-founded. Every previous loss became a clause in the prospectus. The man learns.

Price will raise from 42 to 69 € on May 6th as foreseen in the prophecy 😅 There is a free area with all the vendors, tuning, kids area and Tesla demo drives and merch. Ticket includes access to the main venue „Musistadl“ with all the talks/keynotes. In the rare case indoor location is full during a talk we will livestream it. Party location is free from 9 pm if space is available. Reason behind this decision is to have a high class location for the community on the one hand where ticket sales help cover costs.
