@sameerparmar Sir consider a 1.5 renal pelvis stone In RIRS or mini PCNL, it’s an easy. while in SWL to get stone free result from 1 session, I see it’s more difficult.. continuous control of targeting .. ramping pace ..etc higher chances of leaving residuals and more pain and more heamaturia.

It is enough discussed in multiple debates at EAU urologist will choose SWL over fURS for them self and will choose fURS for patient This is pure money business and blame is on reimbursement.

Thanks for sharing wonderful article. In urolithiais we are not far every one knows disadvantage of fURS and benefit of SWL yet it is not Spoken companies like Siemens and EDAP have already left the business.
