The more I dig into my childhood the more in understand why I am who I am. The way my mom has spoken to me for so many years about the way I look has always been such a sore point. Rarely ever did I get compliments about my body or my clothing choices. It’s still happening now.

It’s pretty insane how un-walkable most cities are I’m trying to get food while at this hotel and I have to cross a MAJOR roadway to get to a strip mall. The walking path makes no sense and is confusing on purpose. Portland is such a gem. I realize it more and more as I travel.
