and then yrs later, discover this man works as a bartender at a music venue i frequent and he had no problem giving me free, very strong drinks every time and had gave me his number (i was 21 at this point but still) and tried to get me to meet up w/ him on his break

and dont get me wrong nothing /happened/ but this 30+ yr old man gave me his snapchat on a piece of paper (that he had to sneak to me bc we couldnt even pass notes to other PATIENTS) when i was 15/16 and ended up sending me spicy pictures

not to get deep on the tl but i sometimes forget that people taking advantage of vulnerable teens, specifically those in a mental health institution and more specifically workers in those institutions, is a very real thing that happens because it happened to me
