Giant brainstem cavernomas like this are often labelled "impossible to treat." Six months ago, this patient arrived bed-bound. Today, she's home for the holidays—a feat made possible by dedication, advanced training, and exceptional teamwork at the INS in Glasgow, led by Kevin Agyemang. I was privileged to learn and work alongside such a team this year.
