Spending my last day as an AP interviewing my replacement - a truly surreal experience! Feeling very reflective & grateful for all the support I’ve received over the last 4 years as an AP/PWP. Can’t quite believe I’m at this stage in my journey… Next stop: @UCL_DClinPsy 🥰

Being the first CAP cohort in London came with its many challenges, but Alhamdulilah it’s come to an end after my EPA today. Really excited to just start working without the stress of uni hanging over my shoulders 🥳❤️ #UCLCAPS

Does anyone else have email anxiety? I've never been able to shake the feeling that the next email will contain something bad, even when things are going great. It might sound strange but I've always been on edge checking emails.
