I’m spending the next 30 days studying how digital businesses make expensive decisions when the evidence is incomplete, fragmented, or difficult to trust. I’m speaking with: – Digital-business operators – Creator-marketing leaders – Buyers and acquisition professionals – Teams running AI agents in production – Finance and commercial-data operators This is research, not a software demo. I’m especially interested in what happened the last time you made one of these decisions: what data you used, what you didn’t trust, and what you did next. Current studies and participation: getsubloop.to/research?src=x…

@thePhilRivers Owning the list solves the access problem. The harder question is knowing which borrowed channel brought the subscribers who eventually became customers. What signal do you trust when deciding which channel deserves more investment?

There's only two things you own on the internet. Your domain... And your email list. That's it. Everything else is rented. And that includes your audience on socials. Meta can throttle your reach, ban your account or change the rules on a whim. TikTok can get shut down in the country where the lion's share of your customers live. Other channels come and go. And even Facebook ads is volatile. The moment these platforms decide you're done... Your lead flow goes with them. Now don't get me wrong... Social platforms are dope. The leverage they give you when scaling your brand is massive. But just know what you're actually working with... ...Borrowed traffic. The move is to siphon that borrowed traffic into something you own. That's why it behooves you to build your email list from day one, and keep growing it alongside your socials. So when the platform changes (not if)... You've still got a direct line to your audience that nobody can take away. And the revenue that comes with it.

Asking for a friend, @OpenAI: why does @ChatGPTapp keep fighting for its life at "Reconnecting 5/5" when my usage has already reset?😭

Next week I'll complete 6 months on X. In just 6 months: • 3,600+ followers • 17.8M+ views • My first payout • Subscription application submitted But if you ask me what I'm most grateful for... It's the friendships and connections I've built here. Never thought a social media app would introduce me to so many genuine people. Thank you all. ❤️

🚨 Hot take: Building the app is the easy part. The hard part? Getting one stranger to care. The harder part? Getting them to come back. The hardest part? Getting them to pay. 💳 Code doesn't build a business. Attention does. 👀 Agree or disagree? 🤍

Building a personal brand is easy when you do the basics. 1. Understand how content works 2. Post 3-5 times a day 3. Engage 50x/day 4. Make friends 5. Use DMs 6. Promote 1 offer/day Can't go wrong with this.

Nobody talks about this. The first 100 followers test your patience. The next 1,000 test your consistency. The next 10,000 reward your reputation. Most people quit when the excitement ends.

One of the easiest ways to tell if a company is healthy: People disagree early. Instead of pretending everything is fine until reality forces agreement.

Day 100 The last four years I’ve made $0 online and built things in absolute silence. In 100 days, I’ve got two apps on the App Store generating income, my wife has a product generating income, and I’ve posted 100 videos of the journey. Just start whatever it is you are planning to.
