yes, i do and it’s actually more important than most people think the blue flame is what u want, what everyone wants. it means the gas is getting enough oxygen so it burns clean and efficiently. it comes from complete combustion which produces heat, carbon dioxide and water vapor... hotter, safer and better for cooking. the yellow/orange flame is a warning sign. it means incomplete combustion maybe cos the burner is dirty or airflow is blocked. that color can produce carbonmonoxide which is very dangerous for your health. it also wastes energy and gives you bad heat. learn something 👍

The most dangerous lie I believed as a young woman building a career was that helping others get ahead would slow me down. Nobody told me this out loud. I just absorbed it. I think it was more of an environmental factor. Then I started giving anyway. Sharing what I knew, answering the DMs (even when they are a lot and it's impossible to answer half). Writing the threads, pulling people into rooms I had just entered myself. That's when I realised the lie for what it was. Every woman I helped became a node in a network I did not have to build alone. Every honest thing I shared publicly came back as trust I did not have to earn twice, every door I held open somehow made more doors appear. Give to gain is not a transaction. It is a way of moving through the world. The women who taught me everything I know were not protecting their knowledge. They were multiplying it. That is what I want to be for someone else today.
