@Tatiana03030 ay 31 after 12 years — the "just one" voice is the addiction talking, not you. i fell for it around week 3 too. the fact you nearly passed out means your body was already healing. you're still in it.

@HeeyOcean two weeks is the hardest wall. 12y marlboro reds 4 failed quits. vape bridge works but watch it - i swapped one ritual for another. treating cravings like weather helped me past week 3. hows the 3pm slump?

@wisdomXplorer the "repeatable system" thing is so real — anxiety thrives on chaos. i smoked for 12 yrs and what finally broke the cycle was making it mechanical: notice the feeling, name it, do the next physical action. no thinking. like a fire drill. what does your system look like?

@winniethepotxx good luck!! you already made the hardest call — deciding to leave. when i couldn't sleep before big stuff i'd write the worst case then "i'd still be fine" — making fear specific somehow calmed my brain. you got this

Going to bed and the anxiety over giving my notice tomorrow is insane. Send me things to make me smile when I inevitably can't sleep well? And wish me luck ✨

@BroFeedus @AverageSizeAndy 6 years is incredible. i'm only on day 31 after 12 years of Marlboro Reds — the long-term success stories keep me going. what was the hardest milestone for you?

@classic_samzy 3 yrs is rough. sleep after quitting is so underrated. i quit cigs after 12 yrs and sleep was wrecked for 6 weeks. wind-down ritual helped most. what have you tried?

@Harderm001 quit smoking 31 days ago and my 3pm crash got WORSE because i was using coffee to replace every cigarette. the fix that actually worked: no coffee after 1pm + hot water w lemon at 3pm. the ritual tricks your brain more than the caffeine ever did

@iamprashantn the insomnia is the worst part. week 1 i was staring at the ceiling at 3am every night. week 2 it got slightly better. now on day 31 and sleep is finally normal. the vivid dreams tho — those stuck around. NRT is smart. stick with it. the focus thing comes back, promise.

@loonycross "maybe one day" is how every quit story starts. i said that about cigarettes for 12 years. 4 failed attempts. what changed was i stopped waiting for the perfect day and just started tracking why i kept going back. day 31 now. you're closer than you think

@akramasaad 35 years and 23 days clean — massive. tiredness = brain rewiring dopamine pathways. bupropion is smart. what does the tiredness feel like, physical or brain fog?

he anxiety at week 2 almost got me back smoking. turns out it wasnt new anxiety — just unmedicated. cigs covered it for 12 years. my 2pm "crisis" was just habit withdrawal not a real emergency. anyone else notice the difference?

day 30 confession: i got so frustrated with quit-smoking tools that i built my own app. 12 years of marlboro reds, 4 failed attempts. molt is the tool i made for myself. if this resonates, a like tells me im not crazy for building it #quitsmoking

@akramasaad weeks after 35 years — youre in the trenches. day 29 after 12 here. low energy is real, body forgot how to make dopamine. "no access to your brand" is underrated friction — my corner store not carrying reds saved me 3x. what does day 30 look like for you?

2 weeks without a cigarette after smoking for 35 years. Cravings still hit, energy is low, but I’m staying committed. Bupropion helping + no access to my favourite brand = extra motivation. If you’re struggling too, keep going. Freedom is coming. 💪🚭 #QuitSmoking

ay 29. quitting smoking made me a worse driver. right hand keeps searching for a gear shift that doesnt exist. almost rear-ended someone bc my hand was in the cupholder not the wheel. muscle memory is wild. anyone else find their body on autopilot? #quitsmoking
