While this Purdue basketball season has been a pretty big disappointment, I personally think it's important to remember that Indiana football went 16-0 and won the national championship.

Interesting how Braden Smith has been outplayed in nearly every big game this season. But congrats on being a millionaire, I guess.

I remember when Purdue basketball was known for its defense.

Probably not a good sign for me that I read all these and they all sound pretty reasonable.

Seeing a ton of tweets roasting Braden Smith for having a podcast has brought a smile to my face. Painter's old policy of not allowing players to tweet in-season wouldn't fly today, but I can't believe his senior PG really decided to do a podcast.

A Final Four run would make up for a down regular season, but the way this team has failed to rise to the moment, the Sweet 16 looks like the ceiling, and I wouldn't be surprised with a second round exit.

For a program that makes winning the Big Ten a primary goal, to get punked 3x at home in conference is so troubling given the expectations. If you told me Purdue had 5 Big Ten losses, I would've assume Braden or TKR was out for a large portion of the season.

Purdue got to play their three top competitors in the Big Ten only once and got all at home, and they lost all three. What a disaster. So frustrating to constantly hear about how great Mackey is (and it is!), and then that group of seniors lets Purdue lose four times there.

@mama_gforce Their new argument is that it's somehow not political to "celebrate America." These people are so stupid and willfully ignorant that it hurts.

This is going to sound daunted, but it didn't really hit me that it was a real possibility until I was watching Ole Miss beat UGA. The Rose Bowl win was still kind of sinking in, and then while watching the Sugar Bowl I started to think ahead and really allow myself to believe.
