By being a great operator, you improve your reputation and build trust, leading to more impactful work. The movie was so good that even Dhruv Rathee of movie reviewers had to say as many positives as possible to avoid backlash. It was nowhere close to the praise he gave to Jawan, Pathaan, etc. This guy is pretty smart for a woke reviewer. He tries to sugarcoat things as much as possible. He very cleverly presents himself as neutral. Also, he deletes all the comments criticizing his review and countering him with facts.
