@TPASCymru @WelshGovernment It was a shocking (or maybe not so) 'we know what's best' situation. They're clearly out of touch with tenants, as I mentioned, a 4 side tenancy agreement becoming a 75+ page legalese document? I'd love them to come back in 5 years and try that talk again!

@TPASCymru @WelshGovernment I think the new #RentingHomesWales act will give renters more security and rights .. tho I dont like the new 'contract holder ' labelling much , it sounds a bit like the landlords' a maffia hitman haha !
