It's interesting how prime location real estate price increases faster than people accumulate savings or net worth. In other words they'll never be able to afford it. Does this mean a building is better at accumulating value than an actively working person?

30+ years mortgages make absolutely zero sense. Just think about it, how many years would it take you to build a house yourself? If you really put your mind to it, I guarantee less than 10 years. Even with 0 experience. What if your buddies and family helped you??

I don't have any conviction trench bags at the moment. I like a lot of the products being built on RH, but I also don't think its reasonable to expect any good RH-specific projects to emerge on a chain less than a month old I also don't think we're in a buy-and-hold market. Maybe that works for others, but I'm doing better weaving in and out of positions regularly. TBD $FLETCH - PTs and YTs are catnip for me $GRID - I'm always a sucker for good UI approaches. Turn this into an app and it'll print $0xZAPS - Zapier for DeFi. Another UI/UX play from a skilled founder I have nothing on Solana except some memes I move in and out of. The projects I like on that chain just can't catch a bid
