It took me one year of breaks to rebuild myself, identify a purpose, and get back on the saddle. Going from I am going to cure my son at all cost, to realizing I can't change it all, has given me the pragmatism to focus on a few things that I can change and be happy with them.

"He who has a Why to live for can bear almost any How" Recently came across this quote. It resonated with me because I did everything I can after my son's birth. Last year, at the highest point in my career/life, I realize I had lost the purpose in life - the "why"!

Successfully reduced my phone usage by 30% by uninstalling Twitter & LinkedIn from my phone. I still use them avidly on my computer at my work desk for very clear purposes. No more social media when I am bored. I am starting to recognize, appreciate and enjoy the boredom
