Imo Leo is complete charachter just need 3 changes

To those that suggest Leo is boring, what are you looking for in a character when you make these claims, Leo has strict execution on optimal combos, very rewarding and satisfying hit confirms a complete mixed bag of tools to suit different playstyles and a grappling hook :)

@SuperAkouma @PhiDXGames you cannot hit confirm from the 2 jab itself but you can kinda hit confirm from 24f but then at that point you can just dick jab unless he's throwing out low crush options from rfs

@PhiDXGames Hwoarang's heat gives him multiple attempts at a 10 frame launch into 60-70% health. So he's gotta be up there. I'd lower Leroy and Jun for those 2 personally

@SuperAkouma @awisemankey @PhiDXGames You actually kinda can confirm right after the 2 jab, especially if it counterhits a move thats easy to see. Same goes with db4, that one is even easier. Its really strong.

My tier list after patch 1.09 -bare in mind this doesnt mean if they are low in the tier list that means they are bad -Top 20 can compete with Top 5 so as Very good not bad -Everyone is viable,but some are better than others I'll upload a YT vid explaining why each char has its placement
