I'm arguing that more than that daily the CNS fatigue will really do a number on you. Have you ever done legs twice in week? Obviously much larger muscle group/more activation, but same idea

Try it out yourself.
If you’re so out of shape that even a set of 10 is difficult. Do what you can do up to 70% before failure. I could normally (at the time) do 20 push ups to failure so 10 was nothing.

@sandinbrain @XlotteryX @FrenlyOfficer You could definitely do more than 100 after a month if you treat it like a full time job.
All you need is 10 push ups every hour. That’s 100 push ups in 10 hours. Takes maybe 5 minutes out of your day and you make $1,000 a day. You could easily pump that up too.

@XlotteryX @FrenlyOfficer I think around age 35 (25 now) I'd start exploring medical options to maintain the elbows, maybe corticosteroids. Then around 45, anabolic steroids, retire around 55.
