“Shadow 05 is not a mainline entry” has got to be one of the biggest gaslights. It’s developed by Sonic Team, it continues the threads that were set up in Sonic Heroes, and still plays like a 3D Sonic game despite the different structure or gimmicks. How is it not mainline?!

@BleuSpheres There might be a chance that they posted this to get us nostalgically hyped or a potential re-release of these games on modern consoles (sort of like how sonic origins was, but for the classic 3-D games)
