@dvasishtha I call the health systems with strategies that only focus on hospital based digital strategy (e-icu and ‘privileged device-centric tactics) the ‘proton beam crew’. They are missing the whole point of bridging the digital divide and using digital tech to improve access

@JuddHollander @IrmaRaste Judd, under value-based payments and total cost of care organizations are not going to get direct line of sight into fee-for-service payment for RPM. Organization need to decide whether it’s worth spending $500-$1000 a year per patient to prevent at $11,000 readmission using RPM
