There is no signage for arriving Contour flights. American Airlines (partner) couldn’t help. The workers around baggage claim couldn’t tell us definitively what carousel to go to.@ContourAirlines , get your act together …

@ContourAirlines what horrible baggage service! It took two hours in ORD to get our checked bags (all passengers). There was no one at the ticket counter and the only number available was unhelpful, saying that they couldn’t talk to anyone at ORD …
