And it’s so important to keep those boundaries as we approach Winter Break! We can’t let our excitement for the break take over.

Positive re-direction and support in developing acceptable behaviors is critical because we all need to work together in a classroom. That might go beyond individual relationships. Another idea - Try starting a semester w/ an interest inventory. Ask silly things like fav. food, or free time activity questions. Read the answers and review periodically. These are great conversation starters for individual conversations later.
