Imagine it’s 2010. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are going blow for blow, scoring hat-tricks and fighting each other for trophies. They’re miles ahead of everyone else, and the third-best player in the world is a 38-year-old Zidane. That’s basically the state of tennis now.

@ZachLowy For that point to work, Zidane *genuinely* needed to be the third best player in the world in 2010 as Djokovic is today. He really wasn’t :)

@goeloverseas Yes, based on your description I would say so. In first year, I used to go there every evening purely because I enjoyed the solitude. Beautiful place! I was in Vyas for 2 years, so Saraswati mandir was extra special.

@sangle_sankalp Images of Saraswati mandir from outside 😊 ! Surely, times have changed. Had a talk with Pujari ji at a mandir and he said that rarely any student visits now. Moreover, even at aarti hardly 2-5 devotees present.
