@harimenon_bb Now all of a sudden they are harassing and insulting us by permanently blocking our access ( blacklisting!!)to th BB site. Need your kind intervention or I may have to take up this matter for redressal with the consumer court .

@harimenon_bb Rather BB is indulging in discrimination and unfair practices as per the consumer protection act which is liable for prosecution under this act . I have reported this to you as where was this policy all these years when we were members and buying on the platform .

@harimenon_bb On querying customer care they replied that we were misusing BB . When asked how’ the reply was that you have 5 family accounts whereas our policy allows only 3 accounts per family from same address.how can this be misuse of services when we are paying for the same?

@harimenon_bb I & my family were regular customers on big basket since it started delivering in chandigarh . Almost more than 3 years . But all of a sudden your backend team closed all our accounts are we are not allowed to login on the bb platform . ‘
