@HDFCBank_Cares I called customer support and they tell me you have to write an email, wait for reply (there will be a link on portal after this), pay through link, send back the screenshot and wait. Repeat this 3-5 days process each month.

Hi @HDFCBank_Cares Why is the online payment for home loans not enabled on portal by default? Why is it that HDFC is making it so hard to pre-pay the home loans?

[2] @NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom Before subscribing they called me 20+ times in 3 days, now it’s just issue after issue the moment I paid. Can you just tell me directly if this is a scam. Even though my money is gone at least don’t waste my time.

@NoBrokerCare subscribed to Freedom plan yesterday and now not able to contact owner (Wakad, pune). Called support, different people (Nisha Rahul Manoj Mohammed Natasha Zara) picked up each time and gave me new reasons and say it will take 2 hrs or 30 min or 12 hours to resolve.
