People also say “your kind of work is so important to society”… to that I ask why can’t more people work with compassion? If I had the choice between work and doing nothing, I choose work! There’s a lot of work we’ll need to do if you agree that the world could be better.

People always tell me “being a special ed teacher must be an exhausting job.” And it is…Wanna make a difference in society? Try working in a public middle school for just a day. 😂

No seriously, it’s truly a testament to if you are really taking care of yourself and your ability to handle fear. God has really given me some WORK for this period in my life and I am nothing but grateful for it!
