@YodelOnline I just watched your driver have a quick look in his van, didn’t see the parcel and stayed on the pavement and took a picture of my door. Didn’t even locate the parcel or come down my path and had said he attempted delivery. Is this what your drivers are advised to do

@Hermesparcels Can you please help with a parcel? You’ve already lost 7 parcels that were being delivered to me in the last month. I’m waiting on one from Disney that was lost, they’ve resent it but it should have been delivered days ago. I really need this for my boys birthday.
