When you’re grieving, the key bit of advice is to fully feel your feelings. Don’t try to move on prematurely. Just feel all of it. … but not when you’re at work. Or in front of the kids. Or in public. Feel them at home, between 9pm and midnight. In your room. Alone.

Every time I open up a dating app, I have to stop and remind myself that what I really want is a cuddle. Dating apps are TERRIBLE at cuddles. They may tee up a future cuddle (after A LOT of time/effort). But by then the urge to cuddle has long gone and PLS NOONE TOUCH ME ew.

I am still in significant pain from exercising last Wednesday unfit.

I went to a personal trainer today and shockingly they made me do exercise and weights and reps and curls and reps again. Repeatedly. Unbelievable.

And I look super happy about it. Too happy about it if you ask me. It’s suspicious.
