Question about the new launch tower: Since they plan to make next versions of the rocket taller, why are they not making the new launch tower taller than the original?

@marcusbwebster I saw the trailer. AppleTV's reinforcement of the moon hoax theory is VERY disappointing. I cancelled my appletv subscription. I've worked in astronomy all my life - at major observatories, even on the Hubble project a bit. Why would they do this?

@AppleFilms I just saw the trailer for this movie. It reinforces the old moon landing hoax conspiracy theory. This is repugnant. Why would you do that? I will never see this movie in any way shape or form.

@elonmusk The primary system of choosing candidates is responsible for that. Only a small fraction of voters turn out, just the most motivated, fired up extreme ones. Average guy ignores primaries. Result is extreme candidates.

A party more moderate on all issues than either Reps or Dems would be ideal

@elonmusk @wholemars Bad idea. Most Tesla owners I know use mobile connector. I use it all the time because using wall connector would have cost me an extra $500.

@wholemars Based on feedback received, we will drop mobile connector price to $200 & make it easy to order with car. Note, mobile connector is not needed if you have a Tesla wall connector or to use Superchargers. Recommend installing Tesla wall connector well before car arrives.

@Erdayastronaut Could you discuss fuel tank sloshing and tank baffles. How do you settle the fuel for a engine restart in zero G ? Starship will have to do that. Also in-orbit refueling which Spacex plans will have similar issues.

@Erdayastronaut About Spacex rocket cryo tanks: Is there any insulation on (or in) the tanks at all? Having worked with cryo liquids, I have a hard time believing it's just LOX+Stainless+air. Boil-off rate would be horrific, no?

@elonmusk @Tesmanian_com Can you foresee a time when a replacement battery pack for a model 3 would be made using 4680 batteries? A retrofit path like this would mitigate the technology risk of buying a model 3 (which I desperately want to do).
