Pretty sure 11 wins and 19 losses doesn’t equal 56 games. So you’ve chosen, in your argument, to erase a 56 game season and make it a 30 game season. RPI, strength of schedule, eye test, all say Pitt should be in. Or are you in favor of losing conf records only if it’s SEC?

Anyone who’s played or covered the game at a high level knows how tough today’s task is for PITT. Yes, the opponent is one of the best in the nation. That alone makes it challenging. But resetting mentally and physically the day after the craziest game of your life & coming off the highest high of your career, is its own mountain. Seeing how they respond is another climb I’m eager to watch. Pulling for them to get it done.
