We did it! Ride Across Britain (aka Land’s End to John O’Groats) 980 miles in 9 days. Tired, elated and teary. It’s been tough - we’ve battled high winds, torrential rain and illness on the way. We’ve raised over £12k for 2 Exeter charities. Thank you so much for your support.

Off to London for a few days with clients. So excited about seeing everyone and some time ‘up in the smoke!’

My 9 year old niece awarded me 9/10 for our day at the zoo together, yesterday. ‘Too much walking’ was the reason I was marked down. I’ll take it! 😁

@sarknight Up and down. Enjoying track sessions atm, but the trail runs over the winter took me out for periods of time. Grizzly in a couple of weeks, then I’m done with trail runs for the year!

Tea and cake with a client who’s now a friend. We used to talk about #recruitment - now we talk about imposter syndrome, the menopause, retirement….and recruitment. And eat cake.
