@PTCLOfficial @ceoptclgroup Its been 4-5 days internet services are down in Dhamtour Abbottabad at my Parents home and i am unable to talkto them from overseas due to severe degraded services. I lodged a complaint online , my parents tried to lodged a (1/2)

largest telco in Pakistan. We started using PTCL back in 2000 i guess when we had our 1st phone and things were like same back thn we had a issue and its still the same , its the age of digitisation and PTCL need to ramp up as well.Please help to resolve the internet issue asp.

Complaint but all the time auto message is being played that due to some technical fault in our area services are down. What is the estimated downtime ? Why such things are not communicated to the customers? Does it really take weeks to solve the problem at PTCL who is (2/3)

Lks like cmng days not mnths now will be very dificult inflation already hit 70% , due to this breakdown already faced alot of loss. Day by day we are reaching to the point of no return. Agar isi tara raha to log aik dusre ko jat khane k lie nikal ae ga 3/3 #ElectricityShutDown

Now every thing is possible in this country if we review past events, what i feel like is may be this fault was done deliberately as we dont have money to import furnace oil so either awam will face petrol shortage or loadsheding. 1/3 #ElectricityShutDown
