Joao Pedro is obviously a good player, but you doubt sign a player from one of the PL’s big six for anything close to a fair price.
And spending close to €100m on him would be wild.

@NealGardner_ There are barely any ceiling raisers at the ST position that we can realistically afford. Its better if we sign a low cost striker, enforce a ceiling raiser LW like Leao and sign Bastoni ofcourse.

Grizi was left unmarked and had all the time in the world pick Llorente. It would occur irrespective of Balde/Cancelo bcz of weak counterpress

@sarth1899 @NealGardner_ Balde for defensive balance, we shift into diagonals making players more available on the right but the lb has to cover the whole left flank while raphinha inverts, counter attacks would cost us. An example would be the lookman goal from this week

Raph is not a left winger and with him we need that dynamism that cancelo brings on the left
