Last night @Uber_SL at airport, driver accepts & says if am not going to Colombo cancel 🙄 next one accepts doesn’t turn up, don’t answer, after about 5 attempts one person took the hire! It’s very disappointing #lka ride hailing sucks. I never bothered the other due to bad past experience. Need to rely on Kangaroo in the future.

@ManikkageYasuni They need to implement an online booking system as well. Because most travellers prefer to book before they arrive. There is phone number to call and book but why would anyone want to call a Sri Lankan number and book

@harshap @Uber_SL I find the airport taxi service to be reliable - the kiosk on the right-hand side the moment you exit the customs area. I tend to travel alone, and they are safe even in the middle of the night.
