We've got some gear to make sure our DEKALB Little Helpers are set for both winter and summer ❄️😎
Tag a friend and make sure you're following us @DEKALB_Canada and we'll send you a toque and set of shoe charms so the kids can rep DEKALB all year long.

@loopholefarms @rhofford What granular Cu product did you use? We have used granular zinc but couldn’t find a Cu product.

I think every chem handler needs one of these jug rinsers. Get all that product out from those little jugs you can't spike. #certitude

We bought one last summer. We also have an older Edge Agro 14x42 so had some time to compare. We really like it especially because of the intake hopper. For winter, we cover the engine area up with a large blanket and plug in both engine and hyd tank heater and it fires right up. Runs so smooth with the hanger bearings can’t even tell it’s running. We did plug it with wheat, but during that Meridian came out and did a couple small updates which totally solved the issue. We’ve moved 3/4 of our crop so far with this unit and no hyd issues.

Has anybody out there bought 1 of those new Meridian 13x46 truck loading augers that are hydraulic drive. Looking for some feedback. #AgTwitter

@CR9090JK @BaldurBarons @evansfarms2 @JimBarr81145663 What do u think the capacity difference would between a new 10.9 and a CR11 then? 🤔
English

@BaldurBarons @evansfarms2 @JimBarr81145663 Looking at hours and acres with CR9.90 alongside CR11 on the same farm throughout all of harvest. Peas, wheat, canola. 40% more capacity.

@SilverStarAg I have a blade, a bucket, a blower, and a pusher. I prefer to use the pusher 99% of the time and then use the blower to blow it into the bush or off the driveway. I got my snow pusher from Dwayne Enterprises and it’s built tough. I hadn’t used the snow bucket in years.

@zalinsky_p We switched from a 4.5V to the 5.0VU on an xtc with 3/4 opener. I like them.
Sidenote: The 5.0VU packer is larger than the 4.5V so u have to use a different hole setting to maintain the depth your used to but not a big deal. I’m not sure about the size of the other ones.

@valleyfield2008 We tried a Chembine but quickly realized how good the Chem 111 is. The knife and bottom cone on are way better on Chem 111. We went with Chem 111 with 3” high capacity pump

@Spray_Guy What is your thoughts on coverage and accuracy if there was a fixed boom on the drone instead?
English

This new generation of larger, faster rotary drones is disrupting the "rules" and expectations surrounding how they spray. We've added an addendum to our first impressions of the T100. It's still a theory, but that's how it goes with new technology. TBC.

@MoneoDallas So small pipe runs out into middle of dugout and just runs into the bottom of the well casing? Then just pump straight up from well casing? What kind of pump setup for this?

Last load of #Harvest2025 is in the bin! A few days later than normal but that’s the way Mother Nature made it. Went fairly smooth overall with only a few hiccups. Now on to fall work and NH3.
