Can you tell me why you guys only have HP Prolube engine oil? Why there is no Motul 7100 20w 50? When i did my bike's 1st service they used the Motul 7100 20w 50 and now they are forcing me to fill HP Prolube when i pay the price. Why Motul not available?

Hey @India_KTM, just got my Gen 3 Duke 250 back from its first service. The oil level is way past the 'Max' mark and totally fills the window when upright. Is this a risk to the seals or performance? Any advice? 🏍️💨 #KTMIndia #Duke250Gen3 #BikerLife

@India_KTM @buntys82 @KTM_India_ When i call the service area manager or ktm contact us why they told me 20w 50 and you guys told me 10w 50. And you guys do not have any manual for indian variant. Such a poor management. Why 2 different recommendations?
