Have you ever been approached by a girl when you’re not wearing makeup and in casual clothes?
Gackt: I get approached all the time.
Mana: I don’t know.
Kozi: I was asked for directions.
Yu~ki: Yes. "Are you happy?"
Kami: I’m about to snap
@miwqnqw@myeyesloveyou_@furbxiety he doesnt dislike him either… you might refer to that one clip in which he tried to be edgy, but in many other sources he actually noted a big influence that MM had on his music and sense of style/worldview, alongside bands like NIN
HYDE (L'arc~en~Ciel) & KIYOHARU (黒夢 (Kuroyume))
Live on the 27th of October, 1992 at 難波ロケッツ (Namba ROCKETS). Scanned by me from a photograph taken by a fan at the time. I particularily enjoy the cover of "HUSK" by GASTUNK they sang together that day.
@brainimpediment with bandmen with host-like visuals, who aim to attract primarily female fans, people go there for cathartic darkness, getting enveloped in the worldview and the music, a lot people are more visibly alternative, dressing punk/goth and with piercings, compared to other crowds
@brainimpediment I still go to any and all active nagoya kei bands' liveshows and Id say the majority of the audience is still female, but with slightly larger proportion of male fans, those who I met are mostly straight, the dynamic is just different because its the opposite of “girly” vkei,
I know that Nagoya-kei is interesting as a majority of its demographic are men, but I want to know; Is it true that a lot of that male audience are also gay? I ask this as a trans gay American Nagoya-kei fan ^^ Or is that an unfair/inaccurate perception?
@icemyIife he kept playing with the tie during the live and took off the jacket then opened his low cut shirt more and more.. at some points you could see his butterfly tattoo, i was actually screaming😭 unreal coolness and sex appeal
