@HMRCcustomers I have been doing this.. almost daily now…they told me they can only do it via email. But the fact that call handlers supervisors fail to reply is outrageous and failing for a service we are all paying for!!! I have officially complained but again blank walled! Rubbish!

@satvanman Yes, I've encountered this timescale prior to COVID-19 I'm afraid. Some of the compliance departments do not have direct numbers I'm afraid. If you ask an adviser to check your notes, they may be able to liaise directly with your caseworker. Tom

@HMRCcustomers Bad customer service received! I have been trying to get a refund since March! Have sent all required paper work. Promised call backs…I have not received them! Poor show, very poor show. Supervisors hiding, promising to get in contact. Stop hiding behind covid!

@HMRCcustomers Not 8 months surely? Ringing almost every day.. still no help, just empty promises! Be more transparent..need someone to talk to! Poor working practices! Publish a proper number for proper help!

@satvanman Good Morning, apologies to hear of your thoughts regarding your experience. Sometimes if you're repayment has been flagged up for a compliance check then these checks can take some time. This has been my experience prior to COVID. Hopefully you get the payment soon.
