Reservation was meant to be a temporary bridge. Seventy-five years later it has become a permanent wall. Every year, lakhs of skilled, talented, hardworking Indian students with higher scores, deeper knowledge, and stronger work ethic are denied seats in medical colleges, engineering institutes, and government jobs - not because they lacked competence, but because of a birth-based quota system that treats merit as secondary. This is not justice. This is the systematic denial of opportunity to the most capable. When hospitals, universities, and administrative posts prioritise category over competence, the cost is paid by the entire nation: Patients suffer when skill is compromised Innovation slows when talent is locked out Bright minds leave the country in frustration Youth lose faith in a system that rewards identity over excellence The Constitution guarantees equality before law (Article 14) and equality of opportunity (Article 16). It allows special provisions, but it never intended permanent discrimination against the meritorious. True social justice does not mean lowering standards forever. It means creating conditions where every child -regardless of caste or background - can compete on pure talent, hard work, and ability. End the permanent caste-based reservation regime. Replace it with need-based support, quality education for all, and strict merit-based selection. Skilled and talented Indians deserve the seats and jobs their effort has earned. A nation that sidelined merit cannot remain competitive. Merit must rise. Talent must be rewarded. Competence must lead. India first. Excellence first. This news never made it in India. India's ISRO developed (partly) and launched NASA-ISRO NISAR satellite found something very interesting in Antarctica 6 days ago. I'm not getting into the details of what was discovered. The point of this post is something more important: @isro has 8M followers. It's account is dormant since July 18th. Isn't this a huge waste of information space? > If we are so poor in our own narrative, > If even orgs like ISRO can't run an active social media (which many youngsters will do for free if given an internship), > If GoI isn't pushing India's achievements to reach the Gen-Z continuously, > If Indian media only cover the issues in India, not elsewhere, and not the good stuff happening, Then this information and communication gap is captured by adversaries and hostile actors, using our issues like they don't happen elsewhere, to program our own young against the govt, our institutions like ISRO, and our entire country. Because these young people do not have a past barometer to judge events. They have never seen or experienced India's past. They do not have much understanding of the world. They simply believe India is the worst place if told like that pointing to issues that happen, easily believe everything bad only happens in India, and whatever bad happens is only because of the Govt. This is why they are being used for regime change by the DS world over nowadays easily manipulating them using Meta platforms, Reddit, and Telegram. And a country like India is letting them get used by creating an information and communication vacuum which can be filled by adversaries. What I am saying is whatever communication from top levels, information on reforms, and narrative about a minister's achievements that came now, after things got bad, could have come before and on a continuous basis.

You rarely get a mic at the UNHRC, so when you do, you don't waste it on generic speeches. You make every second count. @asuvathaman did just that by taking two vital issues to the global stage: forced religious conversions and the erosion of ancient civilizations. He reminded the world that Hinduism is a nature-centric civilization, not just a religion. Every time an indigenous culture is converted and erased, humanity loses centuries of ecological wisdom that no modern climate policy can replace. It’s high time the world views cultural survival as environmental protection.

We have said this earlier. Unaccountable social media and a culture of virality seeking is damaging the idea of reality itself. If a bunch of self promoting narcissists are going to decide our reality backed by all power algorithms, then the very idea of civilisation is in question.
