@StopTweetingMia I was required to sleep at a 45 degree angle for two weeks, did it for a month because it was more comfortable, was sleeping on my side reliably by about 5 or 6 weeks. Now 3 months out and I’m back to stomach sleeping often.

@north0fnorth I’m coming up on 2 decades of deer. It’s the hooves to hormones pipeline, it’s unavoidable. You either start a deer and become a girl or you start as a girl and become a deer.

@AvaValComedy ugh if it’s the same surgeon i went to, it was also ginger, reishi mushrooms, fish oil (and upon clarifying told me no seafood), besides almost no sodium or carbs. literally the hardest part of ffs
