No, only the shadow of regeneration and blight meant leaseholders could only sell back to the council, and these are the ones that were rented out at private rent or left empty.

Apparently, Homes for Lambeth isn't dying the death that everyone thought it was. It looks now like the vehicle new builds and acquisitions are going to be delivered through.

@uksocialhousing Adilypour says "..there are only 181 true voids in the borough, which have long-term repair issues or squatters". Yet Lambeth council stated in recent papers that it expects a shortfall of 534 in housing stock profile, to include disposals and voids. Which is it?
