Reflective journal prompts I like: - have I changed my mind about anything recently? - what is one way that I honored myself this day/ week/ year? - on a mental health scale of 1-10, where am I today? Where would I say I was 6 months ago? - what is a lesson I learned this year?

- Disconnect from social media - Journal (this year I’m introducing prompts that I want to revisit every few months) - Meditation/ quiet time to watch my thoughts - Take a personality/ skills test that I’ve taken before as a benchmark (I took the 16personalities.com one)

The end of any year always reminds me to reassess and reflect. This year that reminder is 10 fold. Sharing some ways I do self reflection around milestones/ end of year✨

I like asking myself this question.

You gotta take the space you need to evolve.

This thought keeps me going. Constantly.
