Sounds like that Elon Musk is a real daisy when it comes to honoring his customer’s expectations and complaints. People should unsubscribe from the grok app, and forward all details to a lawyer to initiate class-action with folks so all can get refunds.

You don’t have to be a daisy to know that the @grok app is screwing paying customers with no explanation. Maybe @cbsaustin @KVUE @KXAN_News @statesman can look into this since @elonmusk and @xai are too busy to care about their customers. We will end subscriptions on June 1.

So @elonmusk @xai. Heavy subscriber here. I just made 20 video attempts and hit “video limit reached.” What is the purpose of a subscription if this is the result? Heavy tier is supposed to have significantly higher limits. Heavy gets the same tight restrictions as everyone else

So @elonmusk and @xai a pattern is apparent that is fraudulent and nefarious. No matter what subscription level a person has on the Grok app, and no matter how many video attempts were made, every subscriber, including heavy, is hit with “video limit” at 5pm central for 12 hours.

So @elonmusk and @xai whereas Heavy, prior to recent “improvements”,could do upwards of 1000 vid attempts per day that reset every 4 hours, the “improvement” is fucking over every subscription level. And Heavy is now treated with the same 100 max just like Premium.

I will be canceling my grok subscription and encourage others to do likewise as this literally happens EVERY 10 DAYS. This should be investigated for fraud and criminal charges be pursued against @elonmusk and the Imagine design team that is screwing customers.
