The FA president does this on the biggest stage of the sport with royalty and officials near him, surrounded by cameras.

A dangerous myth that false allegations are rife, when they are not, is being fuelled after yesterday’s outcome. An acquittal does not automatically mean a false allegation. A not guilty verdict means the jury were not satisfied ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ offence was committed.

67,169 rapes were recorded by police in 2022.
By the end of the year, charges had been brought in just 1,276 (1.9%) of these cases.
Less than 2 in 100 rapes recorded by police in 2022 resulted in a charge that same year - let alone a conviction.
That’s all I have to say.

I think ticket offices at railway stations are one of those things that remind of what a society should actually be. Real jobs and real interactions , and community can sometimes be placed above shareholder dividends. It's a choice we can make. #SaveTicketOffices

We all deserve #PayRestoration. Doctors are not rolling in money. On £14-28 an hour, with professional expenses, debt and often no access to family childcare; many doctors are hard up.
Our dispute is not with nurses and it isn't a zero sum game.
