This is what I was waiting for to rebuy at originally after I sold at 690 for nice profit.I lost some patience and bought at a 470 retest because “I didn’t want to miss out if it ran”. luckily I’ve learned to keep some back so ill still be able to avg down heavily in the low 300 range.

In addition to the daily for #ZEC, I checked every high timeframe from 1H through 4H, and they all point to the same thing: there are untested order blocks sitting in the low 300's. When multiple timeframes align like that, it usually means price hasn’t finished its reset yet. That doesn’t mean panic, it means unfinished business!

For a change of pace, here is one of my longer term investments. Who can guess what it is? Here's my evaluation on the weekly chart: This is multi-year compression, not decay. Lower highs pressing into a rising base suggests capital is being parked, not abandoned. This is not a dying asset as many would make you believe, just like they tried to with #ZEC. Volatility has been crushed for years as markets don’t do that forever. When this resolves, I expect an upward, extremely fast expansion, not a slow grind.

Market makers just grabbed all of this liquidity! What actually happened this morning , in professional terms? BTC had a massive liquidity vacuum above price Institutions pushed price up fast to: trigger stop losses of shorts, force breakout traders to buy, trap them at the top, fill large sell orders into FOMO liquidity This is called a buy-side liquidity grab (BSL). #ZEC had a delayed liquidity grab because it's illiquid Illiquid alts lag BTC. When BTC rips: algorithms rotate capital, alt pairs move in exaggerated fashion, they wick into obvious liquidity pools, then immediately reverse because the move was synthetic ZEC was especially vulnerable because: very low market depth, easy to push with little money, lots of visible retail stops above structure, perfect place for a “stop run-dump” cycle This was not organic buying. It was a liquidity raid, plain and simple. Hopefully you didn't fall into the trap!

Is the back squat king of all leg exercises? It depends. As a power athlete it may be..but for general fitness and my favorites to grow muscle, are single leg lunge type movements. you must maintain some spine strength - not all spinal loading is bad. I’d say smith machine squats are at the bottom of my list. If back squats hurt you that doesn’t make them bad it means you’re not ready for them, and means you should get your body right. When your program says: 4×10–12 @ 4–0–X–0 (60s rest) It means: •4 sets •10–12 reps •Tempo: 4 sec down, explode up •Rest 60 sec You’re not just lifting, you’re training with intent.
