PhD Update! I got the most amazing offer at one of the top econ programs of the world at New York University! I also got offers from UC Davis along with University of Virginia:) (As much as I am happy with this outcome, I have, however, decided not to go for a PhD this year.)

It seems ICAR-National Bureau of Soil Survey & Land Use Planning has worked on drawing and re-drawing these. I have some documentation on this if you're interested in learning more.
