@Matthew_G_Watts @NHS Same happened to my husband. But 11.30pm. I have to say I was impressed. Had to phone surgery following morning for emergency appointment.

I'm not entirely sure that sending out an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to my home at 1.30am to discuss the results of a routine blood test is the best use of the @NHS budget. It's also incredibly insensitive and intrusive.

@Moda_Shoes I have just received a pair of sandals from you which have clearly been worn!! I have sent you the courier confirmation showing the time the package was delivered. Why would you send used shoes I have paid full price for ?? Unbelievable

@premierinn why have you no towels in Edinburgh Market street. A towel is basic. Then to be told we cannot take to your room you must ask if you need one! YES I need a towel. Thanks …. Shambles

Can someone tell me what I’m actually paying for? My latest council tax bill has arrived. £330 a month. For what? We still have to pay extra just to have the garden waste collected. The roads are knackered, the drains are blocked, and every time it rains the streets flood. The local town is now devoid of shops because business rates and parking charges have made it almost impossible to trade and expensive for people to visit. So where is the money going? Councils spend tax revenue on vanity projects like cycle lanes that might see a bike once a decade and disability parking bays that sit empty most of the time. Meanwhile the services we actually rely on continue to decline. We are expected to pay more and more for less and less. And at the same time we all see public money being spent on people who entered this country illegally and have never contributed. So I’ll ask again. What exactly are we paying for? The whole system is broken.

@IndyAsapScot @RoyalMail Yes I am waiting for an appointment. I called and luckily got the date. Letter arrived one day after appointment. Royal Mail is absolutely awful. NHS need a new way of letting people know.

Have you all noticed the sheer number of NHS appointments being missed because so-called @RoyalMail are delivering them days late? What the heck’s going on? What a WASTE of public money & our health.

@cinchuk hello I was meant to have my car delivered today. Promised an update but have heard nothing. Customer Service repeating the same thing every time I call. Car has been paid for. I need an update as to when my car will be delivered.
