@i_am_mangish Definitely, there will be exceptions. I was talking in general terms. I was also talking from an idealistic point of view. Also in a country like ours, making decisions is always difficult, as it can affect a certain group of people. Thus, experience and maturity are needed.

@i_am_mangish Getting enough maturity is what I said in my first comment. One needs to be aware of the consequences. If one is not aware of real life problems, what kind of policy will he/she make?? Politicians do not make policies. For example, NEP was made by people, who are not politicians.

This is good to see that youths are given chance to take part in public policy making. I hope it will matter !! 👍🤞

@i_am_mangish When we grow old, we face different circumstances and hard realities of life, which help us to make better decisions. This is what I meant. At a personal level it affects a lot. Now imagine what could be the consequences when it will affect the public in general.

@i_am_mangish Gaining maturity takes time. You can try evaluating your decisions at a younger age and compare it with now. Evaluate whether maturity has a role to play or not. Experiences, which we gain from life, drive us for better decisions.

@i_am_mangish My views may not match with others. You are talking about politicians. I was talking about bureaucrats. Both are not the same. Youth should travel to the remote places, face and know the real problems, gain enough knowledge and experience to visualize the outcome of any decision.

@sc2dana So, what do you think, how is it possible to know the country well for youth? And what about our ministers, do they know the country well? And if yes, why there are such a big difference in rural and urban development?

@i_am_mangish It's not like that. You have to know your country very well before getting into policy making. The reverse is not really possible.

@sc2dana Exactly without enough experience it will be a disaster. So, youths should get a chance to experience it from very front. Remaining always outside the room, it's never going to be experienced. So, from my point of view, if they are considered to be a part, that's even better.

New evidence suggests Harappan civilisation is 7,000 to 8,000 years’ old Researchers from Deccan College Pune along with the Central Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) have established that human remains discovered at an ancient site of Rakhigarhi – a village in the Hisar district of Haryana – date back around 8,000 years. hindustantimes.com/cities/pune-ne…
