Also in a country like ours, making decisions is always difficult, as it can affect a certain group of people. Thus, experience and maturity are needed.

Politicians do not make policies. For example, NEP was made by people, who are not politicians.

@i_am_mangish When we grow old, we face different circumstances and hard realities of life, which help us to make better decisions. This is what I meant. At a personal level it affects a lot. Now imagine what could be the consequences when it will affect the public in general.

@i_am_mangish Gaining maturity takes time. You can try evaluating your decisions at a younger age and compare it with now. Evaluate whether maturity has a role to play or not.
Experiences, which we gain from life, drive us for better decisions.

Youth should travel to the remote places, face and know the real problems, gain enough knowledge and experience to visualize the outcome of any decision.

@i_am_mangish It's not like that. You have to know your country very well before getting into policy making. The reverse is not really possible.

@sc2dana Exactly without enough experience it will be a disaster. So, youths should get a chance to experience it from very front. Remaining always outside the room, it's never going to be experienced. So, from my point of view, if they are considered to be a part, that's even better.
