From dropping out of university to giving lectures at TUM Venture Labs. This week I’ll be speaking about how companies can become more visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) by creating the right kind of content. We’re already doing this for over 40 European enterprises and fast-growing startups. luma.com/hu9qy889?tk=eC…

1,361 leads from a website that literally nobody knew existed. Zero brand. Zero ads. Zero backlinks. Just organic AI search + Google in 195 days. The crazy part? Most of these leads came because someone asked ChatGPT / Perplexity a question… and our content showed up. Then they searched Google → found us → became a lead. AI search is now driving real pipeline.Tweet We track 3 signals together: > High Google ranking > Being cited in AI answers > Self-attribution at the lead form (“how did you find us?”) None of them alone is enough. Together? Extremely powerful.

When we launched Nextsure with our partners last summer, the site had a brand-new domain and not a single backlink. By every traditional SEO benchmark, ranking should have taken years. Today, ask ChatGPT in German how to insure your e-scooter and Nextsure is the answer, and the high-intent landers rank well on Google too. This week we open up what we now know about how that actually happens, and why measuring it is the hardest part. 1,361 leads from a site nobody knew existed. How Nextsure ranks #1 in ChatGPT for German e-scooter insurance, with zero domain authority. Key stats: > 1.93M Google impressions > 11k Google clicks > #1 in ChatGPT (DE - e-scooter) Three things stood out this week: 1. Cross-language: ChatGPT pulls from English content for German queries. We expected German queries to surface German pages. What we see is that ChatGPT searches in English even when the user asks in German, then refers to our English long-form content and translates back. 2. Deep, not wide: leads come from bottom-of-funnel landers, not the blog. The leads come from the deep landing pages like “E-Scooter Versicherung vergleichen” and “Rolex Versicherung beantragen”. 3. ChatGPT to Google to your brand, never a direct click. A surprising share of leads do not click the link inside the ChatGPT answer. They ask, see the brand name, then open Google, type the brand and the product, and convert from there. The AI step is invisible in your analytics, but it’s the step that decided the click. This is how attribution actually works in 2026.

The headline from Cloudflare Radar is that adoption is low, even among the largest sites. AI agents, not just users, now decide whether your site is in the answer. blog.cloudflare.com/agent-readines…

Cloudflare scanned the top 200,000 domains on the web and released a free tool that scores any site on how well it supports AI agents: discoverability (robots.txt, sitemap, link headers), content (machine-readable formats), bot access control, and exposed capabilities.

i sat down with tamreach to talk about the collapse of traditional seo. the reality is simple: most search queries don't even start on google anymore. buyers are going straight to perplexity and chatgpt. if your brand isn't taking up space in those answers, you simply don't exist to that user. we talked about: ~ why seo alone is no longer enough for b2b. ~ the actual mechanics behind aeo and geo. ~ why one engineered article is worth more than 10 generic blog posts. ~ how to turn ai citations into actual revenue-generating traffic. stop trying to rank 1st on a search engine people are leaving. start engineering for the engine that actually provides the answer. full episode link in the comments.

the complete guide to ai visibility scoring: how we rank 1,000+ startups. ai visibility is the new frontier.
generative ai search engines are fundamentally changing how businesses are discovered.
they prioritize direct answers, factual accuracy, and topical authority over traditional keyword rankings. the traditional seo playbook is no longer sufficient.
if your solutions aren't being accurately represented in ai-generated responses, you are invisible to c-suite executives and idms. at @scailetech, we've developed a robust framework for ai visibility scoring.
we honed this methodology through the analysis of over 1,000 startups. the framework is built on 5 critical pillars: 1. foundational content authority (fca)
assessing depth, breadth, and accuracy. ai models thrive on well-structured, factually robust information. 2. ai-native content optimization (anco)
engineering content specifically for consumption by llms. clarity, conciseness, and direct answerability. 3. cross-platform ai discoverability (cpad)
visibility across the diverse landscape of ai search and knowledge platforms. citation velocity and knowledge graph contributions. 4. user engagement & trust signals (uets)
interpreting signals that machines associate with trustworthiness and authority (e-e-a-t). 5. competitive landscape & market share (clms)
benchmarking performance relative to competitors and identifying untapped opportunities for aeo dominance. this isn't an incremental update.
it’s a fundamental re-architecture of how information is processed and presented.
a high ai visibility score is now paramount for brand authority and maintaining a competitive edge. higher ai visibility translates into more qualified leads and a stronger market position.
when ai search engines confidently cite your company, it directly impacts trust and conversion rates. stop chasing blue links.

hamburg was a reality check. i spent yesterday on the impossible founders stage at fls and the energy was high, but the strategy for most founders is still stuck in 2020. the room was full of people asking how to "rank" on google while their customers have already moved on to perplexity and chatgpt. the blue link is a museum piece. if a buyer asks an ai for a vendor recommendation and your name doesn’t show up, you’re invisible. it doesn't matter how many blog posts you wrote or how many people you hired to manage your "content." if the data isn't structured for the engine, the engine ignores you. i’m done with the traditional agency model. hiring 20 people to write for a search engine that people are leaving is a mistake. at scaile, we hit our milestones because we stopped selling "hours" and started selling architecture. aeo is the only war that matters now. met some great people in the crowd who actually get it. the shift from seo to aeo is a technical problem, not a marketing one. you don't need more poets. you need mechanics who understand how the scrapers actually read your site. if you were there and we talked, you know where i stand. the window is wide open right now, but it won't stay that way. move now or stay a relic. berlin is the start. the engine is the future.
