Every project says alignment matters. Then they allocate 20% to founders, 10% team, 15% investors. By the time it reaches users the incentives were never aligned. Scalar: 0% founder allocation. Not because founders are selfless. Because the protocol doesn't allow exceptions.

Privacy is not about hiding. It's about who has the right to know. When you pay in cash, the store knows the amount. That's the correct default. Digital money should work the same way. Not because we have something to hide — because that's what money is supposed to do.

"Blockchain" is not a goal. It's a method and not the only one. What matters: Can a transaction be verified without trusting anyone? Can double-spending be prevented without a central authority? If yes, the method doesn't matter. Scalar answers yes, Without a blockchain.

Mathematics doesn't have opinions. 2 + 2 = 4 whether you agree or not. A proof is valid whether the majority accepts it or not. The only money worth holding long-term is money whose rules are enforced by math — not by people, not by majority, not by trust.

Every financial system in history has one vulnerability: It requires you to trust someone. Trust the network to process your transaction. Trust the majority to make the right decision. The question isn't who to trust. The question is whether trust should be required at all.
